After following a workshop of Joe Dispenza about ENERGY given by the founder of Happy Buddha Aruba, Corinne Voermans I got invited to a meeting with Elix Croes and Corinne Voermans. From here on we had an instant connection and aligned purpose on serving our community. With numerous workshops and events that enhance our Mind Body and Soul we decided to come up with something that can benefit the whole community and beyond. With experienced trainers and a supportive community, the Ice Fit Program is suitable for individuals of all fitness level. Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance, a fitness enthusiast looking for a new challenge, or simply someone who wants to improve their overall health and well-being, Ice Fit has something to offer you.
