Zen Beach Play Time (Ages 6-12)
Activity Description:
🌊🌞 Our "Zen Beach Play Time" is designed to engage kids aged 6 to 12 in a series of activities that promote relaxation, creativity, and environmental stewardship. It's a perfect blend of fun, learning, and mindfulness by the ocean.
Schedule of Activities:
*Morning Meditation and Breathing Exercises:*
We'll start our day with a short nature walk to the ocean (3 minutes from Alto Vista Chapel) followed by a gentle morning meditation and breathing exercises. Kids will learn to connect with their breath and find inner calm while sitting on the sandy shores, listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. 🧘♀️🌅
