How a Simple Song Rekindled My Connection to the Universe

This blog post explores the magic of conscious ceremonies, unexpected moments of connection, and how the people we love can guide us back to our higher selves.

Tuning Into the Universe: The Moment Where Everything Aligns 🌌✨

Have you ever had a moment so profound that it felt like the universe itself was speaking directly to you? These moments can come unexpectedly—during a quiet drive, a simple conversation, or even through the sound of a song. For me, it was a melody that reconnected me to the truth I had just recently experienced, a truth first touched in a “magic” ceremony I did for myself, but solidified in the most ordinary of moments. Sometimes, it’s the person we love the most—like my son—who becomes the bridge between our earthly selves and our higher selves.

Rediscovering the Magic in the Ordinary

It’s not every day that you stumble upon something so powerful it shakes your very perception of existence. During a recent "magic" ceremony, I experienced a profound sense of connection—a feeling that dissolved the boundaries between myself and the infinite. It was a glimpse of what it means to be, not just in the world, but as part of the vast universe itself.

Yet, after the ceremony ended, the feeling eluded me. That is, until an unexpected moment with my son brought it back. While we were driving, he asked if he could play some music. At first, I dismissed it, reluctant to let noise interrupt my thoughts. But a quiet voice within me said, Let him play his music. At first I thought here goes another Jeon or Bad Bunny song. However what came up was none other then Jan Blomqvist - The Space In Between (Ben Böhmer Remix), a song that felt like something shift in me. The melody transported me back to that sacred feeling of oneness, showing me that even the mundane can carry profound meaning. I had completely forgotten about the name of this song let alone the feeling of ecstacy this song brought to me.

Deep question: How often do we overlook the ordinary, not realizing it might hold the key to the extraordinary or in other words, the key to ecstacy?

The Space Between Thoughts and the Universe

As the music played, time seemed to dissolve. I was no longer confined to the space of my car, my body, or even my thoughts. Instead, I found myself in the space between—a place where the mind meets the infinite, where the universe hums in perfect resonance with our highest selves.

This experience reminded me of another "magic" ceremony, one sound tracked by Innerbloom by RÜFÜS DU SOL. But that moment was different. Then, I was in service to another, offering love, guidance, and support to someone who needed it. The message of Innerbloom was a call to uplift and connect, a reminder that I would always be there for her, loving her unconditionally—even when she was gone, even if she broke the person I once knew.

But The Space In Between was not about service. This song called me to center myself. It was a journey inward, an alignment of my own energy with the vibration of the universe. It revealed that the space between our thoughts and our highest self is where transformation begins.

Deep question: What is the space between your thoughts trying to tell you? Are you listening?

The Ones We Love as Bridges to the Divine

What struck me most wasn’t just the power of the music—it was the person who brought it to me. My son, in his simple act of sharing a song, became the bridge between me and my higher self. Sometimes, it’s the people we love the most who remind us of who we are at our core.

In that moment, I realized the profound truth: we are not separate from the universe—we are the universe. We are threads in the same fabric, stars in the same sky, intricately connected to all that is. Yet, in the hustle of daily life, it’s easy to forget this. But sometimes, in the most unexpected ways, the universe finds a way to remind us. And sometimes, that reminder feels as though it transcends the very fabric of time and space.

As the melody filled the air, I couldn’t help but wonder: could this be an interstellar moment? A moment where a future or higher version of myself—already aligned with the universe—was reaching back to send me a message through my son? A vibration so perfect, so in tune with the rhythm of the cosmos, that it broke through the barriers of time, space, and thought. Like Matthew McConaughey’s character in the tesseract, frantically trying to communicate through dimensions, I felt as though this higher version of me had orchestrated this moment, using a song as the medium to say, Here is your truth. Take it. Feel it. Be it.

The melody wasn’t just sound; it was a vibration that harmonized with the infinite, an echo of something eternal. It didn’t just connect me to the universe; it was the universe, humming through me, syncing my heart to its pulse. And for a fleeting yet eternal instant, I was reminded of I AM—the essence of being, the core of all existence, where time and space are merely constructs, and connection is all that remains.

Could it be that every moment of profound clarity—every connection that shakes us to our core—is a ripple through dimensions? A reminder from the universe, or perhaps from ourselves, that we are never lost, only waiting to align?

Yours truly,

Marlon Moore
